Refund policy

 

CANCELED ORDERS

Orders that are canceled immediately after being placed or before fulfillment starts are subject to 3.5% transaction fee.

Orders that are canceled after fulfillment begins are subject to a 15% re-processing fee to cover the time and expense of restocking, canceling the order and issuing a refund.

RETURNS

The Federal classification of epoxy resin is as a liquid polymer. We are unable to accept returns. All sales are final and there is no exception to this policy. Any items shipped to our address will not be received as this location does NOT receive mail or packages.
